Balances in accounts closed due to Terms violations are held for review and may be confiscated when an irregularity is confirmed.

12. Limitation of Liability

The 0007game is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own gambling decisions;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside the platform's control (internet outages, issues with the user's server, payment provider instability);
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses;

13. Intellectual Property
